Karen Ellis-Ritter is the director and co-founder of CFEI. Her tireless commitment to educational outreach is highlighted here, showcasing how easily a plant-based, ethical vegan lifestyle can be seamlessly adopted into our lives. On behalf of CFEI, Karen is well known for her highly motivating and heartfelt presentations which help to further the animal rights movement. KAREN ELLIS-RITTER

Kathy Stevens is the Founder and Director of Catskill Animal Sanctuary. Her extraordinary experiences and insights gleaned from creating and running one the most successful farm animal sanctuaries are explored here in our documentary. She is the author of two critically-acclaimed books, Where the Blind Horse Sings and Animal Camp, a blogger on farm animal issues for the Huffington Post, and a frequent contributor to books and articles on farm animals, vegan living, and related issues.

Joshua Ritter is an accomplished actor, musician and the co-founder of CFEI. Princess Superstar is an outspoken rapper and DJ known for her unique blend of hip-hop and electronica. Her numerous collaborations including appearances on Moby's "Jam For The Ladies" and The Prodigy's "Memphis Bells".
